We customize programs dependent on individual students’ needs. Some examples of what we assist students in developing independently:
Setting up and keeping calendars/planners (online or paper-based)
Setting up alerts/time reminders/cues for assignments and appointments
Study Skill Techniques: Cornell method of notetaking, Pomodoro technique, graphic organizers, writing outlines, task/assignment breakdowns
Mental and verbal techniques to reduce anxiety, plan ahead, and vocalize fears and then problem-solve and conquer them
Tips on attaining and maintaining focus
How to self-advocate for oneself with teachers and professionals

Sessions can be flexibly scheduled and prorated. We do sessions from 15 minutes to three hours, dependent on your preference!
